We tried with all our might to save Versailles for the beautiful weather that was promised to us on Friday. It was gorgeous and lavish, as promised. My mom pumped me up a little before we went and told me to watch Marie Antoinette (Sophia Coppola). I adored that movie, it was so young, the music was excellent and every shot was like a painting. It’s the kind of thing that really gets me inspired to make movies.
